L.I.F.E - Leaving an Impression For Erin
L.I.F.E is an annual event that we sponsor in memory of our late sister, Erin Brennecke (pictured right), who tragically passed away from bone cancer while attending Truman State University. Each year we hold a Battle of the Bands to raise money for Holden Comprehensive Cancer Center in Iowa City, IA where Erin received her treatments. There is also a head-shaving at each event, and active sisters volunteer to have their own heads shaved in Erin's honor.
Every semester, we organize a fundraiser to raise money for the American Foundation of Suicide Prevention (AFSP). These fundraisers range from Trivia Nights to late night Funnel Cake Deliveries, and all of the money we raise is donated to AFSP!
In Fall 2018, our fundraiser took place on September 19th. We sold and delivered walking tacos around Kirksville!
